It was brought to my attention by mystic and kurd_vengeance that, a new special rank is needed for the star of the month and the active leader. As a result of that request i have announced 2 new ranks in the forum as the active leader and the star member. As a result of this as i previously announced, I'm giving the post of an administrator for the active leader ONLY for that particular month to do some service for this community.
